Described as a colorful stage in a theater or club, with a specific mention of a floor window at what appeared to be the National Theatre in London, various individuals gathered, watching, dancing, or participating in what seemed to be a rock show, video game event, or theatrical production. Later observations indicated the building's transformation into a museum, maintaining its distinctive lighting scheme, with people and crew members continuously present within its structure and on its elevated platforms.

Early observations noted consistent blue and red lighting, often originating from windows or the building's rear, and identified individuals engaged in diverse activities such as holding baseball bats, operating computers, or cleaning. Several people were seen standing or sitting in these spaces, which included areas like a former jail's basement. A noticeable shift occurred with the appearance of smoke billowing from buildings and pervasive fog, transforming indoor and urban settings into hazy environments illuminated by blue, green, and red lights.
